What we install
Base / ground uplights
Fixtures at the foot of columns, stone towers, and walls that throw light up the facade texture.
Wall sconces (up / down)
Mounted fixtures that cast a clean V of light up toward the cornice and down the wall — common on restaurant wings between windows.
Landscape / palm trunk uplights
Ground spots that light trunks and fronds so the building edge reads at night without flooding the lot.
Roofline cove & border accents
Warm continuous glow under the parapet or cornice. Often paired with our rigid LED border stick (see Neon to LED / building border) — separate offer; ask for the current border price.

Do you only light signs, or the whole building?
Both. This page is facade and landscape up-lighting. Sign faces, neon-to-LED, and rigid LED borders are covered on our other Signs pages.
Is there a published price for up-lighting?
Not on this page yet — call (813) 666-1073 for a layout and quote. Rigid LED perimeter border strips are a separate offer at $55 per linear foot installed on our neon-to-LED page.
Do you work on Cheddar's or other restaurant brands?
Yes — we already light Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and other commercial restaurants. Ask about your brand standards.
Can you add up-lighting to an existing building?
Yes. We survey power, mounting surfaces, and aiming so the wash matches the architecture.
Do you work in malls and airports?
Yes — we are authorized to work in malls and airports.
Do you work outside Tampa?
Yes — Tampa Bay, Orlando, Sarasota/SWFL, Fort Myers/Naples, Miami, Jacksonville, Gainesville, and Valdosta, GA.
