1. Who we are.

Perspective1 Sign installs, services and repairs commercial signs and parking lot lighting in Florida (FL license ES 12000355). This policy covers tampasigninstall.com (this page: tampasigninstall.com/privacy-policy), our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and the texts, emails and calls we send about your request.

2. What we collect.

• Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, site address, details about your sign or lights (for example, pole count and fixture wattage), photos you send, and the times you'd like us to call.
• Information collected automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookie data.
• Information from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you submit one of our Instant Forms: your form answers and the form's consent choices.

3. How we use it.

• To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule work, and provide the service.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email or, if you agreed, text message.
• To keep business records, improve our website and ads, and meet legal obligations.

4. Text messaging.

• We text you only if you agreed, or if you contacted us first about a quote.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms below (#sms-terms).

5. How we share information.

• We share information only with service providers that help us run our business: website hosting, customer records software, phone and texting providers, and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• We also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it.

We keep lead and customer records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, licensing and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymize them. Opt-out records are kept permanently so we keep honoring your choice.

B. SMS Terms (Perspective1 Sign Quote Updates)

1. Program. Perspective1 Sign sends texts about your quote request and related service, such as questions about your site, photo requests, scheduling and job updates. We text you only after you check the SMS consent box on our form or contact us first about a quote.

2. Sender. Texts come from our registered business texting number. To call us, use (813) 666-1073.

3. Frequency. Message frequency varies. Usually it's one message after you submit a request, plus replies to your messages.

4. Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.

5. Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We'll send one confirmation and no more texts unless you opt back in.

6. Help. Reply HELP. We'll reply: "Perspective1 Sign: call (813) 666-1073. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply." You can also email signs@perspective1.com.

7. Consent not required. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
