$399 per light installed for 150W, with a 320W option, for Florida commercial parking lots. That covers a standard metal halide to LED conversion, installed, with the lift from our own bucket trucks and no added lift charge. LED fixtures carry the manufacturer's 3-year LED warranty plus our labor warranty, with terms on your written quote. See the full offer.
Standard conversions have a published price, so you can budget before anyone visits.
Failed lamp or ballast (metal halide): pink or orange glow, cycling on and off, or dark. Usually the case for converting to LED rather than relamping.
Photocell or timer: lights stay on all day or never come on. We test and replace photocells and reset timers.
Wiring and connections: one pole or a whole row out often points to wiring, splices or a tripped circuit. We troubleshoot wiring before replacing fixtures.
Damaged head or lens: storm, impact or water intrusion. We replace the fixture.
Damaged or leaning pole: vehicle strikes, rust at the base or storm damage. We replace whole poles when needed and pull permits when the job requires them.
1. Call (813) 666-1073 with the address and how many poles are out. A night photo helps.
2. Standard 150W conversions are priced as above. Ask about 320W. Poles, wiring or anything non-standard gets an inspection and an itemized written quote: fixtures, labor, lift, permits if needed, and warranty.
3. Our crew does the work from our own lift equipment: a 65-foot bucket truck, an Elliott with 75 ft working height, and a 57-foot Skyhook.
4. You get a completion report and photo survey by site, which helps if you manage several locations.

Florida cities and counties set their own rules for site lighting, including shielding and light spill onto neighbors. Near nesting beaches, Florida's sea turtle lighting criteria call for long-wavelength (amber or red) light, low-mounted and fully shielded, during sea turtle nesting season. Lighting rules and dates vary by county. A standard white LED head may not qualify on a beachfront lot. We check what applies before quoting.
If you manage several properties, we schedule conversions in batches across your Florida sites. National brands we've worked for include Panera, CAVA, Chipotle, Circle K, Thorntons, O'Reilly, Ulta and BJ's.

Usually convert. LED draws less power than metal halide and lasts longer between replacements, so you get fewer dark spots and fewer service calls.
